I recently found out that Her was kind of a response to Lost in Translation.
Beautiful to see those shots side by side.
fabulous, as always, yet this issue feels like it turned it up a notch
recently rewatched Lost in Translation after a long - 10 yrs? - break and found not only does it hold up but, like the best art, it s a different film over time, depending on the context of the viewer at the time. really wonderful
